Tonight I ordered two dinners I ordered a meatball parmesan dinner and a chicken parmesan dinner and I clicked ziti on Uber eats unfortunately I got ziti instead of spaghetti. Now I don't have a problem with zito but my neighbor hates ziti. So I called and spoke to the manager and he was very apologetic and at no cost he made me a huge chicken parmesan dinner with chicken and spaghetti like I asked for along with an extra garlic bread. I like when restaurants understand when they make a small mistake they fix it and they did this at no charge and no delivery fee. I will be going there a lot more often than I will be ordering from them No hassle about the order very polite and replaced it with no issues.
